Looking for the best price? Share your trip details (date, time, address) via WhatsApp at +9143 3777 or email enquiries@sinbussg.com for a quick, obligation-free quote. Our transparent prices are all inclusive of driver fees, car park, and ERP charges.
Once you received a quote and decide to proceed with the booking, let us know. We’ll send you a payment invoice. Full payment is necessary for personal bookings to confirm your reservation. For corporate bookings, please reach out to us for additional details.
For single adhoc trips, it’s advisable to book at least 3 days in advance. Larger ad-hoc bookings (multiple trips/buses) should be secured at least 5 days ahead to prevent any disappointments.
We accept PayNow and bank transfer only.
We’ll provide you with the bus and driver details via WhatsApp/email one day before your trip. As our schedules may vary daily, our operations team plans bus and route arrangements on a day-to-day basis.
Rest assured, we are committed to delivering reliable transportation. If your bus is not at the designated pick-up point on time, please call us immediately. While unforeseen circumstances may arise, we will promptly advise you and work to resolve the situation.
We appreciate your punctuality, considering our drivers’ tight schedules. While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, we provide a 10-minute grace waiting time.
Delay charges apply at 0.5 x the 1-Way fee thereafter. The full 1-Way fee is charged after a 30-minute delay (inclusive of grace waiting time). Delay charges are payable in cash to the driver before departure.
