1) How much does it cost to hire a bus?
We aim to provide you with the best price! Kindly provide your trip details via whatsapp +9143 3777 or email [email protected]. We will provide a no-obligation quote for you.
Our prices are NETT and inclusive of driver, car park and ERP charges.
Do note that all customers are responsible for their own admission/entry levy to Sentosa Island. Should there be any waiver from Sentosa venue owners, the relevant documents must be submitted to the driver upon boarding of the bus.
2) How do I hire a bus?
After obtaining a quote from us, simply inform us that you would like to proceed with the booking. We will send you a payment invoice. For personal bookings, full payment is required for booking confirmation. For corporate bookings/events, do contact us for more information.
There is no refund after your booking has been confirmed.
3) How many days in advance should I book the bus?
At at least 2 days in advance for single trips. For larger bookings (multiple trips/buses), do book at least 5 days in advance to avoid any disappointments.
4) I need a last-minute bus today! Do you have buses available?
Call or whatsapp us at +65 9143 3777. We will try our best to provide a bus for you.
5) What are the payment modes?
We accept PayNow, bank transfer and cheque payment.
6) My booking has been confirmed. When can you send me the bus and driver's details?
We would inform you of the bus and driver details via whatsapp/email one day before your trip.
Due to varying daily schedules, bus and route arrangements are planned by our operations team on a day-to-day basis.
7) What if my bus doesn't arrive?
Rest assured, this will not happen. We are committed to providing reliable transportation for you. Call us immediately if your bus is not there at your pick-up time. There might be some unforeseen circumstances, we will advise you accordingly.
8) Are there any grace waiting period?
It would be great if you are able to adhere to your indicated pick up time as our drivers often have back-to-back schedules to follow. We do understand that there could be some unforeseen circumstances. Thus, we offer 10 minutes of grace waiting time.
Delay charges apply thereafter at 0.5 x 1-Way fee. Full 1-Way fee will be charged after 30min of delay. Delay charges are to be paid in cash to the driver before move off.
